Step 1: Login to the Email Server

1. Go to this website: mail-01.datacenta.net Either by click on the link or Typing it in a browser (Safari, Chrome, Edge, etc).
   Then login with your email account credentials
   Username = Email Address
   Password = provided
   If you have any **** on the end of your password from emails sent, please contact us via phone call for the last characters.
2. Then Click / Tap on Login Button

Step 2: Go to the settings page

Once logged in, you will be presented with the Webmail for your email account
You can send and recieve emails here, but we want to set this new email account to your Apple Device.

1. click / tap on the Settings button, which looks like a spanner in the top right hand corner, next to the disconnect button, that looks like a power button.

Step 3: Download Email configuration file

1. Next click / tap on General settings, which will expand with options, usual this is pre-opened
2. Scroll down and click / tap on the link for Email, Calendar and Contacts IMAP, SMTP Cal/CardDav under Apple Connection profile with app password section.
   This will download whats called an Apple Profile file. This file contains all your configurations and crendentials for your email account. Once installed it will setup your email account into Mac Mail with synced Emails, Calendar and Contacts

Note that when using with app password a new password is generated and can be remove or added manually under the App Password section.

Step 4: Allow Download of configuration profile

1. Prompt window will pop up click / tap on Allow.

   Once finished it will say "Profile Downloaded: Review the profile in the Settings app if you want to intall"

2. This profile file will be downloaded directly to your device.

Step 5: Setting up Profile

1. Open up your system Settings app, either by click on this Cog Icon from your Home Screen or Apps Libary.

2. Click / tap on Profile Downloaded, it should be shown just below your Apple profile of menu
   If this does not come up please search 'profiles' and select this section of your settings, usual called "VPN & Device Management"

Step 6: Install Profile

1. Click / tap on Install, which will be in the top right hand corner of your device

Step 7: Enter Device Passcode

1. You may be requested to enter a passcode, this will be your devices passcode / password and not your email password.

Step 8: Finalise Install

1. Press on Install. You can ignore "Page profile is not signed", as this message is ok.
