Moving to new Email service
If you have any folders in your Inbox that look like the folder outlined in red in this image in your Outlook with ‘(this computer only)’ written next to the folder name, if you wish to keep the emails, you’ll need to move the emails out of this folder to your inbox or another folder that doesn’t have (this computer only) next to it.

You will permanently lose any emails in these folders if you set up the new email service before moving the emails out of these ‘nested’ folders, you can move the emails from these folders by simply dragging and dropping them to a different folder in your Inbox that does not have (this computer only) next to it, or drop them into the Inbox, this is shown in the second image, the Red letter day email has been moved from the ‘nested’ folder to the Inbox, please call our support team on 01202 755324 if you need any help with this.

All your other emails, not in ‘nested’ folders, will automatically appear in your new Inbox once you set up the new email details in your Outlook app.
